Morning,
6 + miles this morning.  2.3 mile warm up; 2 X's 1.5 mile LT @ 6:40 and 6:32 paces; cool down.  mhr 155.   warm, humid, and uninspired but satisfied with the times.   Will pick up another 6 tonight easy and a 15 miler tomorrow.

Taking a well deserved day off today and will run just a couple tomorrow.

Thanks Jim for the well wishes, and yes, the weather looks absolutely perfect for Saturday's marathon.

Good runs all!

6 miles easy today for me. Good recovery from yesterday's workout, which was a 12 miler on metro park bike paths with some nice rolling hills. After 2 miles warm up, I did a 2 mile Tinman Tempo in 12:37, followed by a 60 second jog followed by 5 x 4:00 at CV effort w/ 60 second jog breaks and 4 mile cool down.

Good luck Ron! Glad the weather gods are on your side this time.

It was a beautiful day in central Ohio; cloudy and rained pretty hard through the entire run. :D  I may joke about the weather in Columbus, but I enjoy days like this.  I ran 9.3 miles today on the streets of Dublin, Ohio in a 6:40 pace.

7 slow ones on grass loop - 9:05 pace, just plodding along. Aside from races this was toughest run I've had in weeks.

Good one, KS. You weren't kidding about bumping up the miles! I know it's been a tough summer but I'm almost sure you'll see your race times coming down a bunch when the cooler days are here.

One more for the road, Ron--good luck!
