Hi Jnge, There are so many things that influence HR that it really is not the most useful metric in terms of running a session. Hi Barry, Tom has coached me for about 12 months. I record HR data for all my runs, but I only treat it as a secondary indicator metric. I am currently using a Garmin 935 with a HRM strap. Hi Duporai,

Get yourself a few pairs of running split shorts, the have inbuilt briefs.

Also, get some bodyglide anti-chafe balm.
