Tom will contribute 3 lectures covering maximum lactate steady state training (critical velocity, threshold and tempo training), Vo2 max training, and how to build volume of training systematically for success. Tom will directly work with the campers in 3 training sessions which will include running technique, hill running, track/flat running and how to race.
Grace Ping’s thoughts on Coach Schwartz: "The coaching system that Coach Schwartz has taught me how to run a better and smarter race. I also like the workouts and feel good in races. Coach is very encouraging and interested in how my races and workouts go, and how I feel during them!"
