Hello! I am going to be a junior next year, and it is going to be my second year running xc, but my third year running. My 5k PR is from a tempo run where I ran 19:45. My track PR's are 5:16(1600) and 2:21(800). They are both from early season meets, as I usually don't see much improvement throughout the season. I really want to perform well this xc season, any tips that you guys can share for summer training?
