I would like to get some advice on training between two races - a 10km race followed by a half marathon 2 weeks later.
On an average I train 80mile weeks running everyday, with a hard tempo once a week and 2 back to back longish runs ( 13 miles hilly trails and 16miles road) every weekend.
I also happen to be travelling for the second race so the last week of training is going to be negligible.
What can i do to keep my fitness the 2 weeks leading to the HM?
Lastly the 10k is in hot and humid Singapore and I hope to run 36:XX .The HM is in Prague with a much milder temperature and dewpoint and I'm not sure how to adjust the pace to the change of weather.
