Weekly Summary (03/24 - 03/30):
Life intervened this week, with wife needing to travel internationally.
Did a lot of strength training because I was unable to leave the house due to baby-sitting responsibilities.
I had a 1 hour window to run on Tuesday and Friday as the daughter went for 1 hour classes.
Monday - Strength training
Tuesday - 7 miles with 5 miles @ 7:40 min/mile (MP)
Wednesday - Strength training
Thursday - Strength training
Friday - 8 miles with 6 miles @ 7:40 min/mile (MP)
Saturday - Strength training + Badminton
Sunday - Badminton
Weekly total of 15 miles. Lowest weekly mileage in many months
Next week, I am hopeful of getting my mileage back up to about 45 miles by running during lunch at office (Monday to Friday). Will hopefully be able to resume normal training starting the week of April 7th.
Don't know how much of an overall negative impact this week and the next week will have on the upcoming marathon.
