American friends!

Yes that was my "history". This translation is not correct, it can be some funny things written. "Dan Shine"(Glans) he was the olympic steplechase final 1976, 7:th. I can`t write english correct myself. One thing I must tell everyone is that I am very pleased with my coach Tinman. His help has been extremely good for my running. The best thing is that he has moderate me and my huge willing to train too hard - sometimes.
If I have had Tinman to help me when I tried to be a runner in the eighties - I can tell you that my 10 000 m time has been a low 28 min.
It is the badest weather conditions for the whole year now(wet snow and rain) but I am burning of eagerness to train. Tinman is a big reason to that!
