So, nobody here to give me answer? I would like to make calculation, because in Tinman calculator it is impossible to calculate from vo2 speed.

Best way to train hills

I'd like to hear Tinman opinion about what is the best way to training hills, let's say i would like to race a trail race 100km with 6500 meters of vertical gain. And training advice from other are welcome.

CV training in intervals or continous tempo

Tom, which one is better approach of training?
5x1km CV tempo or let's say 4-5 km countinous tempo (without 200m recovery) at same pace?
Maybe countinous is much harder for body...

Thanks God we have Tinman and his experience! And second question about how to restore shape after ankle i jury, i was in 21 min 5k before that ( 30 days ago)?

So, 1 big workout would be tempo on trail (1h long like Tinman tempo) and other CV , and on the weekend long runs ( several hours long on trail , with hills included).
