Is she able to get adequate (at least 8 hours per night) sleep during the school week? If yes, I would eventually go with seven days a week. If no, you may have to go with a rest day during the week to keep her healthy. At 50 miles per week, I wouldn't do a long run in excess of 10. Other days just ...

Ladder and stick drills are on my list of things to try. However, he doesn't have a particularly long stride, and he is not a heel striker. Not way up on the toes, but not a true mid-foot striker either.
