Hello, I am a HS coach that is a follower of Tinman style training. Generally the rule of thumb that I follow is two workouts and a long run each week. Unfortunately, doubled the 1600 and 3200. Got PRs in both, then the workout the next day. Going to do a lot of aerobic recovery the next few days.

Any possible favorable training adaptations to look forward to from that at least?
