Hello, I understand your situation, here it is also culture to train on Tuesday and Thursday on the track and of course compete on Saturday or Sunday. But you can deal with it and get good results. I coach my 17 year old son using a mix of Tinman and the Australian complex system. I live in Australia so this system is ingrained in us. He does the following in a general week. I would like this too. Our coach has us do a Tuesday Thursday sessions with Saturday races and I would like to know how to adapt these to make them more tinman/stamina based.
