body building while trying to get faster running?

I'm following a weight lifting body building plan of 4 days of intense lifting. But i also want to get faster running. Currently I am lifting as such

Monday - Chest and triceps
Tuesday - back and biceps and abs
Thursday - shoulders and calves
Friday- legs and abs

I do my lifting in the evening/ night and I do my running in the morning. Would it be wise to do workouts like tempo and CV the same day I do the intense lifting or on other days?

Currently, I'm thinking of doing 2 quality workouts on Wednesday and Saturday and the rest of the days 40-60 minutes easy to moderate pace.

Sunday being an off day
