Hello all. My question is how long should I build the base using Tinman principles before I transition into more intense CV workouts. My first race is in about 5-6 weeks, but I am focusing toward the outdoor season where I hope to break 30 minutes in the 10k. Any advice would be appreciated greatly. Thank you.
