I very much enjoyed the lecture videos that I heard about on LetsRun through Jay Johnson. A couple of questions:
1) You mentioned that the highest stroke volumes have been seen in cross-country skiers. Should runners cross-train with cross-country skiing or on a Nordic Track? Or do runners not need or benefit from such a high stroke volume?
2) If I get a Stryd power meter, is there just one thing that goes on one shoe? Should I get two so I can see any power differences between right leg and left leg?
