Losing fat using Tinman tempo often

In one post you said that Tinman tempo burn fat, i am 10kg overweighted, so should i run tinman tempoworkout 2-3 x weekly and not doing CV workout at all. My 5K time is 21 min and marathon 3:40 ( i run 25 marathons till now ).I have 85 kg and 178 cm.

Yes, that would be okay.

However, it would be better to run 3 Tinman Tempos during every 2-week period. Include one CV workout as another key workout. Do two long runs during the 2-week period, too.

Thank you, you are very cooperative. Many of us have learned so much from your simple answers, i use cv and tt workout for 2 weeks and can see quick results on local cross race, almost minute i shaved my best time, i can't believe!. For 2 years i use interval only training, i was fast on short but couldn't keep pace for long, so i think that's why i have difference between my best 5k (20.45) and marathon time (3:50 last year hardly) .

For what its worth :

I always found that long runs were my fat burning dream come true. I know everyone is different and a tempo may be best scientifically, that being said - I tore through fat when I was going long 2x a week.  ;D
