Has anyone else had this problem?
I feel as though running with the stroller affects my gait in a negative way, and I end up with my usual suite of problems (tight right hip, right ITB, pulling the patella off track and causing knee soreness).
Is my self-diagnosis likely correct? Any suggestions on how to fix my issue? My 11 month old son sleeps like an adult (he's out from 11pm or midnight until 7 am), so I have zero opportunity to leave him home and get training in without burdening my wife unfairly, so it's almost always stroller or nothing.
