Tinman couch, can you describe your training when you came from injury and being overweighted. What kind of training have you done?
Lots of TT running or long runs?

Yes and run twice a day to lose fat weight.

Should i run Tinman tempo runs everyday? And how long this workout shod be? Now i has success with 5 mile TT runs +strides.

So how long Tinman tempos for weight loss. My first task is to lose weight (now i am in 22:15 min 5k shape) and then in fall marathon.

30 minutes, But start with four times 7 1/2 minutes at tempo pace with 2 1/2 minute shuffle jog between repetitions. Of course you're going to have to warm-up 10 or 15 minutes before you start the tempo pace running.
