Have done some reading as always and found an interesting article, but I just don't get it. How can you found out your own stride angle? Or witch exact angles are they measuring?

Here is there explanation:

The Stride Angle is the angle of the parable tangent deriving from the movement of a stride (L=stride length, h=height to which the foot is risen)

Sounds like you are trying to be more efficient.

In my opinion the answer is simple.  Run more and run everyday.
