Supposedly running shoes are what create more injuries then they help prevent, which is very believable in my view.
What shows would best then to train in?
The more cushioned shoes that cost $$$ (10oz+) , the light tempo shoes (7oz+), the new glove for your feet that mimics barefoot running? Nike Free?
I am injury prone and most come from the type of shoes...so any input wll help please
