SO this is a link to one of my favorite runners. Billy Mills talks about how he mentally psyched himself into staying with Clarke. I heard Mills used 10 day week periods to hit 100 because he couldnt physically do it. I dont know if that is true but he truly used his mental ability to its fullest
If you have a chance buy Billy Mills book, co-authored with Nicholas Sparks...My favorite book. really drives home a point about being truly happy
