Note I really enjoyed this Youtube video interview with Michael Granville. I noticed something after about 5 and half minutes of viewing, Michael said that (if he could do it all over again) having fun with running is important. And, here's the next point, which relates to what we have talked about before: train where you are now, and stop rushing forward to where you are not. I believe the key message is avoid overtraining, which is often related to training harder than your body can handle/absorb now.
We've updated this topic to include images as well as videos. Please feel free to add any running images that you find motivating, inspirational or just plain awesome. This topic hasn't been used much in the past so maybe mixing things up a bit will revive it!
