Hello - I haven't run yet today, but yesterday I did a CV workout.

Planned 2 miles warm up, 5X1K @4:15 with one minute recovery, five minute recovery, 4X200M @:44 with 200M recovery, then 2 mile cool down.

2.3 mile warm up (distance from home to high school track)
1K & recoveries: 4:14 & 1:01; 4:19 & :59; 4:23 & 1:05; 4:14 & 56; 4:14
4:59 recovery
200M & recoveries: :44 & 1:23; :43 & 1:26; :43 & 1:04; :41
2.3 mile cool down (high school back home)
9.38 total miles in 1hr 26m 16s

Rock 'n roll - nobody yelled at me, but I was the only one on the track except for the very end. :)

Today after work I plan to do 4 easy miles.

Really sticky out this morning! High temp today is supposed to hit 92 and the humidity is just ridiculous.

6.4 super easy miles in 46:27 (7:15) around the neighborhood.

I generally try to keep my run 2 days before an important race very short and easy. It's strange but, today's run has more effect on Saturday's race then tomorrow's will.

I feel sorry for you poor fellers sweltering in the heat. It was 7C in the mountains this morning, with a heavy mist flowing off Tahtsa Reach. I almost didn't run because I didn't want to be on the road in a fog, but it was so nice that I decided to take a chance, and glad I did. I managed 8 hilly but easy miles, at a pace that was my HM pace about 3 years ago. It felt just great!

No animals on this run. Not even the woodpecker!

Weather was not very helpful in my run today. It was sunny, hot, and humid for my 5.2 mile run on the streets of Dublin, OH. My pace was easy at 6:48/mile. I will be visiting my massage therapist today and hopefully resolving some aches and pains.

7 miles easy on grass loop during lunch(8:35 pace). Living on West Coast alway puts me a step behind on my reports (and many steps behind otherwise).
