Four EZ/Recovery miles yesterday. I am going to my son's second high school cross country meet after work. Heat and humidity back. Ran slow/recovery two miles after dinner. Wrapping up a cutback intensity week.

I missed my run yesterday due to work and family life. Though I am in my mid-40's, I have three little ones 7 yrs old and under.

I was warm, but windy today for my afternoon run. Ran 6.4 miles on the Olentangy Bike Trail in Worthington, OH. Due to my busy morning schedule, I was unable to properly hydrate myself before the run and I felt it. My pace was 6:47.

Easy 8 on grass loop under the sun--8:43 pace. High 70's seemed cool so I must be getting used to the heat.
