Ron - thanks for the link yesterday. 5.75 easy miles this morning and scheduled another 6 or so tonight. 14 in the a.m. before the heat and humidity get to be too much.

Your welcome ksrunr.

6.2 mile progression run for me this morning 40:33 (6:32) overall.
Splits: (7:09, 6:41, 6:29, 6:26, 6:22, 6:11)

It was a bit warmer than it has been, but certainly not bad.

I think I have made my choice of shoes for the upcoming Akron Marathon, the Adidas Adizero PR provided I can get another pair a half size bigger quickly.
I wore them again today and they just feel like slippers, but the sole is ridged enough that you don't feel rocks and road imperfections as badly as in most racing flats.

Good runs all!

I ran an easy 6.2 today in 6:41 pace. The warmer weather was not helpful during my run; ran in mid-80's temp. with no humidity. I plan to run an easy progressive run or 5 x 1 mile repeats with 60 seconds rest. Not sure yet.
