Really nice morning here in NE Ohio. Sunny, mid 40's and calm. 14.5 miles super easy around the neighborhood 1:45:24 (7:16).

5 more training days until the Akron Marathon!

Good runs all!

Just got back from my race, a really hilly 5 miler. I ran 29:46, which is 40 seconds faster than I ran on the same course last year. I was the top master and I think 6th overall. I'll provide a race report later, but my splits were 5:56, 5:52, 5:52, 6:12 (brutal half-mile climb), 5:54). A very solid even paced effort. 3.5 miles of warm up and running the course backwards as a cool down with some of the Team Good River guys gives me 13.5 miles for the day.

Ron - nice run. 91 degrees here today so I happily accepted a day off. Good luck at Akron.

RNR- nice even splits; good job
