Good morning,

Finished my hilly 15 miler this morning. Temps around 80 and humidity (wet). Avg pace 8:31 (goal 8:45) Surprised how well it went as my mileage has been going back up. Last 2 miles 8:08 and 7:35.

Good runs and races to ya this weekend,

Nice run ksrunr!

One last run prior to tomorrows Akron Marathon. 5.15 very easy miles around the local streets 37:39 (7:18).

Weather is looking just perfect for the race!! That sure is a nice change for me.

I ran my long weekly run today instead of on Saturday since I (and the family) are heading to Myrtle Beach tomorrow morning. I just do not see myself driving 11+ hours and jumping out of the car to run 12-14 miles.

I ran 12 miles on a very flat bike/horse path. I started off my run very slow with 21:26 for the first 3 miles, but ended strong with an average pace of 6:49.
