Can someone please tell me what the following means, this was an MRI of Right Knee W/O Contrast
1.) 6mm wide x 4 mm AP region of partial thickness cartilage loss and fissuring in the central portion of the medial femoral condyle
2.) Patella Baja with mild inflammatory changes in the superior aspect of Hoffa's fat pad and scarring of the deep margin
3.) Trace joint effusion and 9mm long region of thickened synovium in the anterolateral joint line. A loose body is a less likely diagnostic consideration
4.) Mild ossesous spurring is seen at the origin of the medial collateral ligament
5.) Mild perigraftt fibrosis
6.) Mild thinning of the periphery of the medial tibial plateau cartilage
7.) Mild scarring of the patellar tendon
Any help is appreciated!
